Board Area 20 % Reduction Thanks to Using TOLL Package MOSFET

This reference design is an AC-DC converter for servers with 1 U size and 500 W output power. Thanks to using TOLL package MOSFET, it achieves 20 % reduction of the board area compared with previous power supply using TO-220SIS package MOSFET.
