TC78B027FTG with 1-Hall sine-wave commutation drives external FETs. A built-in closed loop speed control function maintains the motor speed. It is suitable for applications requiring high-speed rotation such as cooling fans and pumps.
The driver has a regulator for driving internal circuits, and can drive a motor with a single power supply ranging from 2.5V to 16V. It is for brushed DC motors and stepping motors for applications including mobile devices and home appliances.
